Preferred Experience

• Three or more years of travel nurse recruiting experience
• Demonstrated success placing healthcare professionals
• Strong candidate sourcing and pipeline-management skills
• Proven sales, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience building repeat business through redeployment and referrals
• A self-directed, competitive, and adaptable approach
