Visual Inspector (Hiring for all Shifts):

We are currently looking for a Visual Inspector to join a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role focused on visual inspection, aseptic processing, cleanroom operations, and production support.

Responsibilities:

• Perform visual inspections of manufactured products and vials to identify defects and make sure products meet quality specifications
• Work in a cleanroom environment while following proper aseptic techniques
• Assist with product filling, aseptic processing, and media fill qualifications
• Maintain cleanroom areas, equipment, and small parts
• Weigh, measure, and verify raw materials for production batches
• Set up equipment and prepare materials needed for daily production runs
• Complete Batch Production Records (BPRs) accurately and in accordance with GMP requirements
• Assist with document updates and process improvements
• Package and label finished vials and prepare products for shipment
• Be flexible with changing production needs and shift requirements
• Perform both routine and more complex manufacturing tasks with limited supervision

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of Visual Inspection experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
• Hands-on cleanroom experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and documentation requirements
• Ability to work in a regulated manufacturing environment and follow GMP standards
• Must be comfortable working with production demands and changing priorities
