Warehouse Kitter

Bizlink Technology is seeking a Kitter for our manufacturing warehouse. This is a full time, direct hire position in Fremont, CA with a starting pay of $23-$27 an hour based on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This individual will have the responsibility of maintaining the Stock Room. The position will be responsible for pulling material to fill current jobs. Process paperwork required for completion & notify lead of any shortages. Maintain proper kitting times per each part number. Move kitted material to proper location & turn in paperwork to lead for updating Epicor’s MES System. Assist in stockroom cycle counts.

All employees must comply with the Compliance Policy and report concerns. Escalate any observed breaches of the Code of Conduct or regulatory obligations through the designated reporting channels (e.g., whistleblowing hotline).

Priority Assigned Activity

1.Receive a kit from the lead & fill out the Job Traveler information. Locate the Job Pick List and kit material listed from the bin locations (one part at a time). Fill out the Qty Issued (lot # if required) & note any Shortage Qty’s. Return all material to the same bin location so Epicor can maintain proper material identification, segregation and locations.

2.Communicate all job shortages to the lead for proper correction of the job requirements.

3.All labor hours are tracked through the MES System.

4.Pull all parts by the first in first out system identified by date or PO #.

5.Assist with the daily cycle counts, including the resolution of count discrepancies.

6.Maintain stockroom in a safe, clean and orderly fashion.

ASSESSMENT:

This individual will be assessed on their ability to accurately pull the proper material for jobs, the accurate qty and filling out shortage information properly. Maintaining the proper bin locations for each part number kitted & returned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

H.S. Diploma

Minimum one year stockroom experience.
