Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and operational leaders to develop and execute recruitment strategies that support business objectives, workforce plans, and talent needs across assigned functions and region
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination, ensuring an efficient and high-quality hiring process
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs through strategic sourcing, networking, referrals, and talent community engagement
  • Conduct thorough intake meetings with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of role requirements, business priorities, team dynamics, and candidate success profiles.
  • Leverage market intelligence, labor trends, and competitive insights to advise hiring managers on talent availability, recruitment strategies, and hiring expectations.
  • Conduct regular market visits to stores, recruitment events, and local talent markets to develop a deep understanding of workforce trends, candidate availability, competitive hiring practices, and regional talent challenges.
  • Perform ongoing competitive and labor market analysis, including benchmarking talent, recruitment strategies, employer branding initiatives, and workforce trends to inform hiring decisions and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Develop strong knowledge of local market dynamics, competitor activity, and talent landscapes to proactively identify recruitment opportunities and workforce risks within assigned regions.
  • Source and attract top talent through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, networking events, educational institutions, community partnerships, and professional organizations.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs, identify talent gaps, and support hiring plans that align with operational and business objectives.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring timely communication, professionalism, and transparency throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage recruitment operations, including job postings, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, offer administration, and maintenance of accurate applicant data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to monitor hiring activity, evaluate effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
  • Support employer branding initiatives by promoting the organization through recruitment events, career fairs, social media campaigns, and community outreach activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, workforce development organizations, community partners, and professional associations to expand talent pipelines and strengthen market presence.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies, recruitment processes, and candidate engagement practices to increase hiring effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Ensure recruitment activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, employment laws, and hiring best practices.
  • Support special projects, talent acquisition initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts that contribute to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition functions


Experience and Qualifications.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting high-volume, retail, customer-facing, or multi-site environments.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple requisitions and business functions simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and attracting talent through a variety of channels, including direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
  • Experience conducting talent market research, competitive analysis, and workforce trend assessments to support recruitment planning and decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, candidate assessment techniques, and employment market trends.
  • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment technologies, and sourcing tools.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and hiring data to support decision-making and improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience supporting recruitment events, career fairs, employer branding initiatives, and community outreach activities preferred.
  • Ability to travel within assigned regions for store visits, recruitment events, networking opportunities, and business needs as required.
  • Spanish proficiency preferred.


Annual compensation range:

$75,000 - $100,000 + discretionary annual bonus
