We are currently recruiting for two key Finance & Accounting opportunities. Both positions are 100% onsite and offer the opportunity to work closely with Operations and Leadership.

💰 ACCOUNTS / COST ACCOUNTANT

$80,000 – $90,000 | Fully Onsite

Looking for a detail-oriented accounting professional with manufacturing cost accounting experience to support plant financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and analyze standard costs
• Prepare and analyze manufacturing variances
• Support inventory accounting and reporting
• Perform GL reconciliations and monthly reporting
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Analyze actual vs. budget performance
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement
• Partner with Operations and other departments

Ideal Background:

✔ 3–5+ years accounting/cost accounting experience

✔ Manufacturing or process environment preferred

✔ Strong Excel skills

✔ ERP experience; SAP highly preferred

✔ Strong analytical and communication skills

⭐ FINANCE DIRECTOR

$130,000 – $150,000 | Fully Onsite

Strategic finance leader responsible for overseeing financial operations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting and financial analysis within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead accounting and finance operations
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting
• Drive manufacturing cost accounting and profitability analysis
• Manage inventory valuation and working capital
• Analyze labor, material, overhead and production costs
• Lead financial planning and capital expenditure analysis
• Strengthen internal controls and financial processes
• Partner with Operations, Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales & HR
• Lead and develop accounting/finance personnel
• Provide financial insight and recommendations to Executive Leadership

Ideal Background:

✔ 8+ years progressive finance/accounting experience

✔ 3+ years financial leadership/management

✔ Manufacturing experience strongly preferred

✔ Cost accounting & inventory experience

✔ ERP experience; SAP, Oracle, Dynamics or NetSuite preferred

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

✔ CPA, CMA or MBA a plus
