AR Specialist – LA, Onsite

The Role

A leading IT asset management and enterprise technology solutions provider in Los Angeles is hiring an AR Specialist to join a stable, collaborative accounting team. This is a back-office, high-volume AR role supporting major enterprise clients, with invoices ranging from $100K to $1M+. It's a 6-12 month contract with strong intent to convert to a permanent role for the right person.

What You'll Do

• Generate and submit invoices with full supporting documentation (POs, PODs, etc.)
• Post payments, reconcile accounts, and manage AR aging
• Track multiple invoices and POs across dozens of enterprise accounts
• Submit invoices through customer portals (Coupa, ARIBA, etc.)
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready AR records
• Partner with operations and accounting to resolve issues

What You Bring

• 2+ years of AR experience in a product-based B2B company
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations)
• Experience with high-volume, high-dollar invoicing
• Comfortable in a structured, onsite environment
• Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) experience a plus

• Pay: $27-32/hour
• Schedule: 7:30am-4:30pm
• Location: Los Angeles, CA, fully onsite
• Type: 6-12 month contract with conversion potential
