Accounts Receivable Specialist

A stable and growing organization in Secaucus, NJ is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Accountant to join its accounting team. Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Accounts Receivable processing and collections
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with cash management activities
• Prepare CAM reconciliations
• Assist with quarterly Sales & Use Tax filings
• Support cash flow reporting and analysis
• Collaborate with accounting leadership and cross-functional departments on financial processes and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Yardi experience required
• Strong Accounts Receivable background
• Experience with bank reconciliations and general accounting functions
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
