Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney

A growing plaintiff-side personal injury law firm is seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join its expanding practice. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney seeking meaningful case responsibility, direct client interaction, and hands-on litigation experience within a collaborative environment.

The attorney will manage personal injury matters from intake through resolution, develop case strategy, and advocate for clients throughout all phases of litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from evaluation through settlement or trial

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents

• Handle discovery, depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation

• Evaluate liability and damages while developing case strategy

• Communicate with clients and collaborate with legal teams to advance matters efficiently

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of plaintiff personal injury or civil litigation experience

• Strong legal writing, research, negotiation, and advocacy skills

• Experience managing discovery and litigation matters

• Deposition, mediation, or courtroom experience preferred

• Ability to independently manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment

• Active admission to CA state bar in good standing-- Dual licensed in Washington is a plus

• JD from an accredited law school required
