Billing & Collections Specialist (Moving Services)

We are working with an international moving and relocation company that, due to the demand for their services, is looking to hire a knowledgeable and skilled Billing & Collections Specialist familiar with the moving industry.

You will be responsible for managing the entire invoicing and collection process for household, corporate, and international moves.

Responsibilities:

• Invoicing of the completed move until the receipt of payment
• Reporting on collections and account statuses
• Management of a/r and collection of payments
• Resolution of all billing issues
• Reconciliation of customer accounts
• Coordination with other departments to make sure invoices are accurate and complete

Requirements for the position:

• Proficiency in billing, accounts receivable or collection operations in the moving and relocation field.
• Good financial savvy and ability to pay attention to details.
• Capacity to handle heavy workload in billing operations.
• A proactive approach towards problem-solving and management of accounts
