Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Bookkeeper to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide essential financial and general accounting support to a diverse portfolio of small businesses and individual clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledgers and process full-cycle bookkeeping for various clients.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Prepare routine financial reports and statements.
• Assist with payroll processing and related tax compliance.
• Collaborate closely with our CPAs and staff to ensure accurate, timely service delivery for clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably within a public accounting firm or multi-client environment.
• Strong proficiency in bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and client-service skills.
