Financial & Accounting Oversight: Review daily checks prepared by the team, collaborate with accounting to verify funds for weekly claim payments, run monthly Bordereaux reports, and reconcile payments with accounting.
Audits & Compliance: Prepare claim files for annual audits, review London contracts to ensure full compliance, manage adjuster panels for each contract, and handle company document production for subpoenas.
Vendor & Quality Control: Interview and vet adjusting firms for compatibility, perform Peer Reviews for London contracts, monitor adjuster performance, and maintain records of E&O certificates.

Supervisory Experience: Proven background in successful team leadership, staff supervision, and performance management.
Analytical & Decision-Making Skills: Strong analytical capabilities for interpreting complex laws and regulations to form sound decisions.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication abilities to liaise effectively across all levels—from upper management to external attorneys, agents, and insureds.
