A well-established independent insurance agency known for its stellar client service and building strong connections in the Central Valley is looking to add an enthusiastic individual to their team!

Preferred Skills:
- Experience: 3+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management
- License: Active Property & Casualty License
- Knowledge: Insurance terminology, concepts, and coverages
- Software: Microsoft Office and experience working with Agency Management Systems
About The Role:
- Provide helpful and professional service to clients and producers regarding insurance needs
- Process binder requests, endorsements, policies, issuing certificates, etc.
- Verify critical information for file documentation: premiums, policy numbers, claims reports, forms, etc.
- Answer product, pricing, and availability questions accurately.
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customer needs.
- Establish strong client relationships through positive interactions, trust, and professionalism.
