- Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience - You have experience with Commercial Lines Insurance
- License - Active Property & Casualty License
- Knowledgeable - A great level of expertise and knowledge of commercial insurance products, markets, and ratings
- Software - A comprehensive understanding of insurance agency management systems, Microsoft Office, carrier website navigation, and other software systems as needed for the position.
About the Role:
- Cultivate a positive customer service experience.
- Provide accurate and professional insurance services to clients and producers.
- Support coverage renewal, cross-selling initiatives, policy change processing, and inquiry resolution.
- Address client inquiries regarding billing, claims, and coverage.
- Facilitate policy binding and review.
- Manage requests for endorsements, claims, and renewal marketing.
