Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager - Hybrid - Irvine, CA
The Company:
We are seeking a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a well-established and dedicated insurance brokerage in Orange County. Key Responsibilities will include:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters.
- Comprehensive knowledge of diverse insurance coverages, products, and internal agency procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively assess and mitigate risk.
- Conduct initial policy reviews and develop comprehensive coverage breakdowns.
- Address all client inquiries on coverage, policy modifications, premium payments, and associated concerns.
- Prepare applications for submission, integrating underwriting information provided by the producer.
- All other duties as assigned
Skills Needed to Thrive:
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial Lines Account Management at a retail brokerage
- Active P&C License
- Proficient with MS Office, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.
- AMS 360 and ImageRight preferred
- Proven track record of building and maintaining a book of business
- In-depth knowledge of various insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures
