Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and analytical Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead and support the company’s compensation, benefits, payroll, and performance management programs.
This role will be responsible for developing and optimizing company-wide compensation structures, job grading and leveling frameworks, annual merit review processes, benefits administration, payroll oversight, and OKR/KPI performance management programs. The position will also partner closely with HR and business leaders to ensure compensation and performance programs effectively support business growth, employee retention, and workforce planning.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on Compensation & Benefits experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex HR programs in a fast-paced, multi-location environment. Prior C&B experience within logistics, manufacturing, warehouse operations, transportation, or supply chain industries is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, review, and implementation of company-wide compensation policies, programs, and procedures.
- Conduct job grading, job evaluation, and job-leveling activities and continuously optimize the company’s salary structure.
- Manage the end-to-end OKR and KPI performance management process, including framework design, implementation, data consolidation, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain effective linkage between employee performance results and compensation decisions.
- Oversee payroll, bonus, incentive, and employee benefits administration to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
- Ensure compensation, payroll, and benefits practices comply with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Lead the annual merit increase and compensation review process.
- Conduct market compensation benchmarking and salary surveys to evaluate the company’s competitiveness in the external market.
- Analyze compensation and workforce data and provide recommendations regarding salary structures, pay practices, and C&B strategy adjustments.
- Prepare periodic compensation, benefits, payroll, and performance analytics reports for HR leadership and senior management.
- Monitor compensation trends, labor market practices, and industry benchmarks and provide data-driven recommendations to support workforce planning and employee retention.
- Partner with HR and business leaders across logistics, manufacturing, warehouse operations, transportation, last-mile delivery, and supply chain functions on compensation, job leveling, salary adjustments, promotions, and performance management.
- Support the design and implementation of compensation and performance programs for both corporate employees and frontline operational employees, including warehouse, logistics, and operations teams.
- Analyze labor costs, compensation levels, and workforce data across multiple locations and operational functions.
- Maintain accurate compensation, benefits, payroll, and performance-related documentation and reporting.
- Coach and provide guidance to junior C&B team members as needed.
- Support workforce planning, organizational development, and other HR projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of corporate Compensation & Benefits experience.
- Prior Compensation & Benefits experience within logistics, manufacturing, warehouse operations, transportation, last-mile delivery, or supply chain industries is highly preferred.
- Experience supporting compensation and performance programs for both corporate and frontline/hourly employees is highly preferred.
- Experience working in a multi-location operational environment, such as logistics hubs, warehouses, distribution centers, or manufacturing facilities, is preferred.
- Experience developing, implementing, or improving company-wide compensation and performance management programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret compensation, labor cost, and workforce data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance and labor regulations related to compensation, payroll, benefits, and employee classification.
- Experience working in a multinational company is preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
