Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Construction Project Manager for an on-site role located in Palmdale, CA. The Construction Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and on-site leadership. Responsibilities include ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, coordinating with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, managing safety protocols, and monitoring project progress to maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Construction Project Management and General Project Management
• Experience with Project Coordination and Construction Management tasks
• Proficiency in Budgeting and monitoring project expenses
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of safety regulations, codes, and standards
• Proficiency in construction management software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in industrial or commercial construction projects is highly desirable

Salary and Benefits - Depending on Experience. $120,000-$150,000, company vehicle, medical insurance, 401k with matching program
