Construction Project Manager

CR Fletcher is currently recruiting for a Construction Project Manager and a Superintendent in Syracuse. This person will manage day to day construction operations, prepare/track budgets, project planning, scope, scheduling, estimates etc. Projects range from up to $10mil. This is a new position due to growing business needs. Projects will mainly be local but could be anywhere in NYS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle
• Manage project budget
• Provide timely status reports to stakeholders

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
• Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
