About the Role

Hueman is seeking a full-time Field Manager to oversee multiple active job site projects throughout assigned territories. This position requires up to 80% travel and includes a generous car allowance and monthly travel stipend.

As a Field Manager, you will oversee approximately 8-10 multifamily construction projects, providing leadership and direction to Foremen, Supervisors, and delivery teams. You will be responsible for ensuring projects remain on schedule, deliveries are coordinated efficiently, installation standards are met, and customer expectations are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee 8-10 active multifamily construction projects.
• Direct and support Foremen, Supervisors, and delivery teams to achieve project goals.
• Coordinate product deliveries and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Attend General Contractor (GC) meetings and represent the company professionally on job sites.
• Maintain open communication with project teams regarding schedule changes, job conditions, subcontractor relationships, and project deviations.
• Monitor project progress and initiate corrective actions when necessary to keep work on track.
• Conduct weekly job site inspections to ensure products are installed accurately, safely, and according to project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies, customer requirements, and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with supervisors to forecast upcoming delivery needs and maintain accurate scheduling.
• Coordinate equipment needs and resources to support efficient project execution.
• Foster positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a Field Manager, Construction Superintendent, Project Manager, or similar construction leadership role.
• Experience working with multifamily housing construction projects required.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, job site operations, and project coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 80%.
