Reporting to the CAO, the Corporate Controller will lead accounting and financial reporting for the corporate entity and California operations while owning the consolidation of 2 other large US entities. This highly visible, hands-on leadership role combines plant controllership with enterprise-level consolidation, financial reporting and process transformation. You’ll elevate the accounting team, strengthen controls and build scalable processes and automation to support the company’s next stage of growth.

What You’ll Own

  • Consolidated financial statements (BS/IS/CF) and financial reporting to executives and investors
  • General ledger, AP, AR, fixed assets, CIP and inventory accounting
  • Standard costing, manufacturing cost accounting and cycle counts
  • Intercompany policies, transfer pricing and consistent accounting practices
  • GAAP compliance, including ASC 842, ASC 360 and ASC 606
  • External audit preparation and support
  • Internal controls, SOPs and remediation of control gaps
  • Close acceleration, automation and enterprise-wide process standardization
  • Development of 3 direct reports and partnership with BU leaders

What You Bring

  • 8–10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience
  • Strong multi-site manufacturing or CPG background
  • Direct experience with plant controllership and multi-entity consolidation
  • Understanding of standard costing, inventory and capital-project accounting
  • Current knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements
  • Success strengthening teams, controls and processes in a high-growth environment
  • Advanced Excel and enterprise ERP expertise (Oracle, SAP or D365)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Ability to travel periodically to Texas and Pennsylvania
  • Strongly preferred: CPA or CMA, public accounting background, PE-backed experience

The Right Leader

You’re an influential, resilient and ambitious accounting leader who can bring structure to a fast-moving environment without slowing it down. You know how to raise standards, develop people, create timetables, challenge legacy processes and use automation to help an organization scale.

Why Join

  • Monstrous growth with significant investment in facilities and infrastructure
  • Entrepreneurial, high-energy culture that encourages new ideas
