General Manager

CBIZ Talent Solutions has partnered with their construction services client in the search for a General Manager to lead their well-established, greater San Francisco area operation.

This is an opportunity to lead a growing operation with full responsibility for business performance, including revenue growth, profitability, sales, operations, customer experience, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall business performance and full P&L management
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence
• Monitor KPIs and implement performance improvements
• Oversee sales, operations, and customer experience
• Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams
• Partner with corporate leadership to execute strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

• 10+ years experience leading a branch, business unit, or operating division
• Full P&L responsibility with budgeting and forecasting experience
• Background in construction, home services, field services, specialty contracting, or related industries
• Strong leadership, financial, and operational management skills
• Track record of driving growth and developing teams

Compensation: $190K-$200K
