Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level Health Care Regulatory Associate for its New York, NY office. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in a broad range of health care regulatory matters.

Duties

• Advise clients on health care regulatory compliance.
• Assist with matters involving long-term care and senior living providers.
• Support home health agencies and other institutional health care providers.
• Engage with health care investors and lenders.
• Address physician practice issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of relevant experience.
• Experience with health care regulatory matters preferred.
• Familiarity with long-term care and senior living providers is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
