Senior Healthcare Regulatory Counsel / Partner ($180,000–$250,000/year)

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Arrangement: Hybrid after 90 days

Mandatory Requirements to Apply

• JD from an accredited law school.
• 10+ years of healthcare regulatory law experience.
• Active New Jersey Bar admission required; NY Bar is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, Medicare/Medicaid, and Corporate Practice of Medicine.
• Experience advising healthcare providers, health systems, or related organizations.
• Experience with healthcare investigations, audits, enforcement, or regulatory agencies.
• Strong client communication, legal analysis, and business-development skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on complex healthcare regulatory and compliance matters.
• Counsel healthcare organizations on M&A, affiliations, and transactions.
• Handle regulatory investigations, audits, enforcement, and risk mitigation.
• Monitor healthcare laws and provide practical compliance guidance and training.
• Build client relationships, develop business, and mentor junior attorneys.

Salary, Benefits & Growth
