Salary: $160,000+/year, commensurate with experience, education, and book of business

Billable Requirement: 1,850 hours annually

Mandatory Requirements to Apply

• Active California Bar admission and in good standing
• JD and/or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
• 10+ years of experience in corporate and business law
• Strong experience with entity formation, business startups, and business transactions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and prioritization skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment

Roles & Responsibilities

• Advise businesses and corporate clients on entity formation, startups, and ongoing business matters
• Handle and negotiate a variety of corporate and business transactions
• Provide high-quality legal counsel to clients ranging from small businesses to international corporations
• Manage multiple matters and competing priorities while meeting deadlines and billable-hour expectations
• Collaborate with attorneys and firm teams while developing and expanding client relationships
