Corporate M&A Attorney / Partner

Partner-Level Corporate M&A Attorney ($225,000–$300,000/year)

Location: Greenwich, CT | Full-Time

Join a growing firm and build its Corporate M&A practice in Connecticut. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney with a strong portable book of business and established client relationships.

Must Have:

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active Connecticut Bar admission.
• 10+ years of M&A/corporate transactional experience.
• Proven portable book of business and collected originations.
• Experience leading complex M&A transactions from LOI through closing.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-management skills.
• NY Bar admission is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents.
• Manage due diligence, deal structure, and closing matters.
• Advise companies, private equity sponsors, and institutional clients.
• Develop clients, referral relationships, and the Connecticut practice.
• Mentor attorneys and support firm leadership.
