About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team. This strategic HR role will partner closely with leadership and employees to support talent management, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and organizational development initiatives. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish and has a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and department leaders to support business objectives and workforce planning.
• Provide guidance and coaching on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Support recruitment efforts, including interviewing, onboarding, and workforce development.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Assist with employee engagement, retention, and recognition programs.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Support employee training and professional development initiatives.
• Maintain HR records and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
