Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and organized self-starter to break the boundaries and join our Human Resources & Admin Department as an HR Manager in our US Subsidiary.
Responsibilities
· Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in aligned with the HQ overall business strategy in the US office
· Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, complaints, or other issues
· Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and recruitment plans and strategies
· Partner with key stakeholders (Business Leaders, HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and Recruitment Managers etc.) and provide programmatic oversight of talent planning and review process, succession planning, and performance management
· Implement employee Total Rewards program with the company’s goals, budgets, and expectations
· Supervise clerical and administrative policies and procedures such as office, warehouse, dorms, vehicles, business trips, and IT properties
· Partner with HQ corporate team to ensure culture and employee experience initiatives align with the company core values
· Ensure legal and safety compliance throughout human resources management
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree and above
· Demonstrate experience parenting with a cross-border and diverse team of various members and building positive relationships
· Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
· Strong business and human resources acumen
· “Roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude
· Preferred previous experience of leading development of organizational change
