Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee daily Human Resources operations
• Partner with leadership to develop HR strategies and support organizational growth
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
• Coach managers on employee performance, feedback, and best people practices
• Administer compensation and benefits programs
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices
• Support employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and reporting
• Coordinate training, development, and other HR initiatives

Requirements:

• 5+ years previous Human Resources management experience
• Strong knowledge of HR functions and employment practices
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
• A positive, proactive mindset and a collaborative approach
