Opportunity Description
Our client is an industry leader in a specific niche of the plastic packaging industry. They are opening a brand new operation in Buffalo, NY and the HRM is one of the first hires.
This individual will be responsible for helping launch the entire site, hiring all employees, developing systems and the culture that best suites this location.
Qualifications
- BS Degree in Human Resources preferred
- 5+ years of HR Leadership in manufacturing
- Full generalist skillset and capable of functioning as a working manager
- Strengths in recruiting and onboarding
- Knowledge of Safety or experience functioning as a Safety Champion
- Start up experience is a plus
