IT Systems Director

Our client, an elevated childrenswear apparel manufacturer is seeking a IT Systems Director to join their team in NYC!

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day administration and maintenance of key business systems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for systems-related questions and troubleshooting.
• Partner cross-functionally with teams across the organization to understand business needs and identify effective solutions.
• Support the evaluation and implementation of new systems and technology.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure systems and workflows are operating effectively.
• Manage relationships with external technology and software partners.
• Support general technology and IT needs across the organization.
• Develop and maintain documentation and SOPs for key systems and processes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve overall system functionality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business systems, IT, systems administration, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience working with ERP or other business management systems.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams and translating business needs into systems solutions.
• Previous experience supporting or leading a system implementation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience within apparel, fashion, wholesale, retail, or consumer products.
• Familiarity with PLM, EDI, or related business systems.

Salary: $100,000k-$120,000k commensurate with experience

Hybrid, 4 days on site
