Job Summary

We, GMI Cloud, are seeking a detail-oriented and organized legal counsel to support our legal team in preparing and reviewing legal documents and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities

• Document Preparation, Review and Management: Draft, review, and negotiate client and vendor agreements; create and maintain corporate documents such as policies and resolutions; and ensure all records are accurate and compliant with legal standards.

• Compliance and Regulatory Support: Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the company and assist in implementing necessary policy changes.

• Legal Research: Conduct legal research using AI tools and legal databases to gather relevant information and compile legal precedents.

• External Counsel Management: Manage relationships with outside counsel, including scoping engagements, and coordinating and reviewing deliverables.


Requirements and Skills

Experience: Previous experience at law firms or in-house legal teams of technology or AI companies is a plus. • Location: United States (Pacific Time zone preferred).

Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, legal research databases, and AI tools applied to legal workflows.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, in law or a related field.

Collaboration: Strong ability to work with colleagues and communicate effectively with external professional parties.

Execution: Ability to manage competing tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
