Job duties:

Work remot

We have offices in Woodbridge, Hackensack, Manhattan, and Nassau County.

This role offers hands-on experience handling all stages of litigation from drafting motions and managing discovery to attending court appearances, conducting depositions, and engaging directly with clients.

• Manage cases independently from inception through resolution.
• Draft high-quality motions, pleadings, and discovery documents.
• Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.

Required:

· NJ and/or NY bar

· Recent insurance defense experience

You should know some of the following:

· Construction Litigation, NY Labor Law

· Premises Liability

· Trucking & transportation, MVA

· Products Liability, Toxic Torts

· Medical Malpractice
