Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead its manufacturing site in Los Angeles, California. This is a highly visible leadership position with overall accountability for site performance across Safety, Environmental Compliance, Production, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Financial Performance, and People Leadership. The facility manufactures polyurethane materials serving the aerospace, automotive, energy, and industrial markets.
WORK AUTHORIZATION

WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Executive leadership role supporting both office and manufacturing environments

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or a related technical discipline
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in chemical or comparable process manufacturing
- 5+ years leading multi-functional manufacturing operations
- Demonstrated leadership across safety, quality, operational excellence, financial performance, and people development
- Experience managing operating budgets, capital projects, and cross-functional teams
Preferred:
- MBA or advanced technical degree
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
- Specialty chemical manufacturing experience
- Experience working within a global, matrixed organization
- Knowledge of California manufacturing, environmental, and safety regulations
