Materials Coordinator

Logistics Professional – Santa Clara, CA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Onsite

Duration: 12-Month Contract (Strong Potential for Extension)

We are seeking a Logistics Professional to support inventory, materials, and logistics operations within a fast-paced technology environment. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in inventory control, shipping & receiving, warehouse operations, material handling, supply chain, or manufacturing support.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, receiving activities, and material movement
• Process inventory transactions and maintain accurate records in ERP or inventory management systems
• Track and manage assets, materials, and equipment throughout their lifecycle
• Partner with operations, engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure material availability
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipping issues, and material shortages
• Support warehouse organization, material staging, and inventory control processes
• Maintain compliance with operational, safety, and documentation requirements

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, inventory control, warehouse operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or materials management
• Experience with cycle counts, inventory audits, reconciliation, or asset tracking
• Familiarity with ERP, WMS, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar inventory systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Experience supporting manufacturing, semiconductor, technology, or operational environments is a plus
