🏗️ An established multifamily developer/builder with a strong project pipeline is actively hiring both a Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent to support upcoming ground-up and podium apartment developments across Los Angeles.
Projects Include:
• Ground-up multifamily communities
• Podium and wrap-style apartment developments
• Affordable housing projects
• Market-rate and mixed-use residential communities
What They're Looking For:
• Multifamily construction experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent
• Experience on ground-up, podium, wrap, or stick-frame projects
• Strong scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site management skills
• Ability to drive projects safely and efficiently from start to finish
