I'm partnering with a respected General Contractor who are operational across Southern California, on a brand-new $50M ground-up condominium project consisting of 66 units. The project is breaking ground imminently, offering the opportunity to join from day one.

🔨 What We're Looking For

• Assistant Superintendent - you must have a background in a specific trade

• Experience on multifamily, condo, podium, or residential projects

• Eager to learn under an experienced Senior Superintendent

✅ What's On Offer

• Base Salary between $120k and $140k

• 🚚 Company truck & gas card OR vehicle allowance

• 💰 Profit-based bonus
