Full job description
Digital media company is hiring a Paralegal to join their Orange County, New York office.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of legal support experience
- Experience with USPTO trademark prosecution filings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Oversee status of trademark matters and firm’s IP portfolio
- Maintain and organize legal files and records
- Liaise with outside counsel and third-party docketing service
- Conduct research
- Assist with additional tasks, as needed
Additional information:
- Salary: $90K - $120K (exempt) commensurate with experience plus benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, 401K, and PTO
- Full-time in office: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM with occasional overtime as requested
