Product Marketing Manager

About Brynson™

Brynson is a SaaS company modernizing how multifamily owners and operators manage listing accuracy, fee transparency, portfolio data, and digital performance.

Our platform, Brynsights™, brings together data and workflows that have traditionally lived across disconnected systems, websites, vendors, and manual processes. Our products help multifamily teams identify issues faster, improve portfolio visibility, and manage increasingly complex operational and compliance requirements at scale.

Brynson started with deep industry expertise and managed services. We are now building the technology that turns that expertise into scalable software, automation, and AI-powered intelligence.

We are at an important stage of growth. Our product suite is expanding, our enterprise customer base is growing, and there is still significant opportunity to shape how Brynson and its products are positioned, launched, and brought to market.

About The Role

We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own how Brynson turns its products into clear market stories and then brings those stories to life.

You will sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, Client Success, and Marketing, developing the positioning, messaging, customer insight, and go-to-market strategy behind our products. Just as importantly, you will personally execute much of the work that comes from that strategy, including launches, campaigns, website content, email, sales enablement, customer stories, events, and digital marketing.

This is a highly hands-on role. We are looking for someone who can move from understanding a customer problem, shaping the message, and determining the GTM approach to writing the page, building the campaign, creating the deck, launching the email, and measuring what worked.

You will also help build the product marketing foundation at Brynson as we continue evolving from an industry-led services business into a scalable SaaS company.

What You Will Own

Positioning, Messaging & Market Strategy: Develop and continuously sharpen the positioning, messaging, value propositions, personas, use cases, and competitive differentiation for Brynson and its products. Build your point of view from customer needs, product understanding, market dynamics, competitive context, and

real-world feedback.

Product Launches & Go-to-Market: Own the marketing work behind new products, features, and major releases from beginning to end. Define the audience, narrative, messaging, launch strategy, internal enablement, customer communication, campaign plan, and assets required to take something from product development to market adoption.

Campaign Strategy & Execution: Turn product, growth, and company priorities into campaigns that create awareness, engagement, adoption, and demand. Personally plan and execute work across channels such as website, email, content, events, paid digital, customer marketing, and other GTM programs. Establish the audience, message, offer, campaign assets, launch plan, and measurement approach, then use the results to improve future work.

Sales & Client Enablement: Give Sales and Client Success the tools and narratives they need to communicate Brynson clearly and confidently. Create pitch decks, one-pagers, solution briefs, FAQs, competitive materials, objection handling, demo narratives, talking points, customer communications, and other materials that help move prospects and customers forward.

Customer, Market & Competitive Intelligence: Get close to customers, prospects, and the teams that work with them. Conduct interviews and research, understand why customers buy and what prevents them from buying, monitor competitors and market changes, and turn those insights into better positioning, campaigns, product decisions, and GTM execution.

Customer Proof & Content: Turn customer outcomes, product capabilities, and market insights into compelling content. Develop case studies, testimonials, success stories, thought leadership, product content, data points, and other proof that makes Brynson’s value tangible and useful across the funnel.

Product Marketing Foundation: Build the repeatable systems behind strong product marketing at Brynson, including messaging frameworks, launch processes, customer research, competitive intelligence, campaign planning, sales enablement, and a clear source of truth for how our products go to market.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience with meaningful hands-on B2B SaaS product marketing experience.
  • Strong positioning and messaging experience, with the ability to turn complex products and customer problems into clear, differentiated market stories.
  • A track record of personally producing high-quality marketing work rather than relying on a large team to take strategy through execution.
  • Experience owning product or feature launches from initial planning through completed execution.
  • Experience developing and executing B2B campaigns across channels such as website, email, content, events, customer marketing, and paid digital.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with examples of product pages, decks, one-pagers, campaigns, case studies, emails, sales enablement, or other work you personally created.
  • Experience operating in an early-stage, growth-stage, or fast-changing environment where processes and GTM infrastructure were still being built.
  • Evidence that you have created product marketing processes, systems, or programs where they did not already exist.
  • Strong customer and market instincts. You know how to gather insight from customers, prospects, competitors, and internal teams and turn it into action.
  • Strong project ownership. You can manage priorities, stakeholders, deadlines, dependencies, drafts, launches, and final delivery without needing someone else to drive the work forward.
  • Strong judgment about when more research or polish is warranted and when it is time to make a decision and ship.
  • Comfortable learning complex products, workflows, data, and technical concepts quickly.

You’ll Love This Role If

  • You like owning work from the first messy conversation through the finished deliverable.
  • You are comfortable starting with a blank page when the framework, process, or campaign does not exist yet.
  • You enjoy both figuring out what the message should be and actually creating the work that brings it to market.
  • You can move between customer research, a product launch, a sales deck, an email campaign, and a website page without believing any of those are beneath or outside your role.
  • You are comfortable making decisions and moving quickly even when every answer is not perfectly defined.
  • You want substantial ownership and still genuinely enjoy the craft of marketing.

Benefits & Perks

  • Compensation: $105,000 - $130,000
  • Location: Hybrid role; must be based in New York, New York
  • Benefits: Competitive Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits
  • Time Off: Flexible PTO policy that supports work-life balance
