Project Manager | Silicon Valley, CA | $130,000 - $165,000 + Above Market Benefits

We've teamed up with a leading Bay Area general contractor who's looking to grow their Project Management team, from PM through Senior PM.

You'll be joining a team known for tackling some of the region's most complex, high-profile commercial builds, corporate, healthcare, education, hospitality, and life sciences among them. They self-perform their own work, their senior leadership is genuinely hands-on, and the project pipeline isn't slowing down.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲:

You'll take real ownership of your projects: budget, schedule, subs, client relationships, with the scope of what you own growing as you do.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴:

• Some background managing commercial construction projects, whether that's PM or Senior PM level

• You're comfortable owning schedule, budget, and subcontractor relationships end to end

• A construction management or engineering degree, or the equivalent learned on the job

𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 (𝗯𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱):

• You've used Viewpoint, Primavera, or something similar

• You've worked across a mix of commercial sectors, corporate, healthcare, education, or hospitality

• You've worked in a self-perform or union environment before

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿:

• $130K to $170K+, depending on your level and the role

• Permanent, full-time

• Silicon Valley / Bay Area, on-site

• Solid benefits and a pipeline of major projects that isn't drying up anytime soon
