Project Manager

Assistant Project Manager | San Francisco, CA | $140,000 - $180,000 + Benefits

Managing one project well is one thing. Overseeing a multifamily portfolio for one of the Bay Area's leading GCs is another. This role is built for the second type.

Renewyx are working with an established SF Bay Area multifamily GC on a Program Manager hire, and are open to strong Assistant PMs ready to make the step up. You'd sit above the project level, working directly with executive leadership to drive programme delivery, support and direct PMs, and make sure the whole portfolio moves as one.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝟵𝟬 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀:

You have full visibility across the portfolio, your PMs know who to go to when something needs a decision, and senior leadership trusts your read on where the programme stands.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴:

• PM or APM experience with a multifamily or commercial GC

• The ability to manage multiple projects and multiple project managers simultaneously

• Comfortable working directly with executive leadership and client stakeholders

• Location: SF Bay Area, CA (on-site)

• Contract: Permanent

• Salary: $140,000 to $180,000 (dependent on experience)
