Title: Property Manager

Pay Rate: $60/hr - $65/hr on W2

Location: San Diego, CA 92101

Duration: 12 months

Summary:

As a Property Manager, you will assist with managing the staff responsible for all functional aspects of a single property or portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties for a client.

Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:

On-site office with stable team. Client is actively involved and often speaks directly to tenants.

Team Overview:

APMs both experienced and dependable.
Engineering team has been there for several years (team of 4) and they are union employees

Resource's typical working day:

Fast paced day of invoice processing, tenant emails, client requests, team coordination.

Must Have Skills:

• Real Estate License

• Must be organized for heavy email traffic. Financials (reporting – variances, accruals, etc.).

• Patience with private equity client that is learning how to be an owner with 3rd party management.

Nice to have skills: Mentorship mentality for training support staff that are in early years of their careers.

Years of Experience: 5-8 years

Education:

Software skills: MS Office, Teams, MRI
