Your new role

As a Property Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a landmark Class A high-rise office property in San Francisco. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional building standards, driving tenant satisfaction, managing financial performance, and overseeing capital and tenant improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of daily property operations for a premier high-rise office building
  • Ensure compliance with property management policies, regulations, and governmental requirements
  • Conduct regular property inspections to maintain Class A building standards
  • Assist with annual operating and capital budget preparation
  • Track budget variances and oversee CAM reconciliations
  • Manage rent collections, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes
  • Bid, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts and service agreements
  • Abstract leases and maintain lease administration records
  • Obtain and monitor certificates of insurance for tenants and vendors
  • Coordinate tenant relations programs, events, and amenity initiatives
  • Oversee tenant improvement and capital construction projects
  • Support sustainability and operational efficiency programs
  • Build strong relationships with tenants, vendors, ownership, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure an exceptional tenant experience within a first-class office environment
  • Participate in team meetings and support company objectives


What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of commercial property management experience
  • Experience managing Class A office properties or high-rise assets preferred
  • Strong understanding of property operations, budgeting, CAM reconciliations, and financial reporting
  • Real estate accounting and financial management knowledge
  • Experience with MRI, Yardi, Nexus, Kardin, or similar property management software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent tenant relations and customer service skills
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
