This role will be perfect for you if you are:

• An enthusiastic and positive personality with an internal drive for success
• A storyteller who can confidently engage with candidates and effectively communicate the ins and outs of a role and our partner's industries (CPG, Finance, Retail/Fashion, eCommerce, Tech, Agency, Pharma, Healthcare, and more)

Candidates must have at least one year of recruiting experience.

You will have the opportunity to deliver true full-cycle recruitment, including:

• Recruiting and qualifying interviewing candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, internal ATS, social media, and referrals.
• Interact with high-caliber candidates and clients, including Fortune 100 companies and startups.
• Manage the interview "courtship" from beginning to end... and CLOSING DEALS!
• Learn about ongoing trends and hiring needs; attend conferences if necessary
