Compensation: Flexible base + competitive uncapped commission structure

Position Overview

Green Key Resources is seeking an experienced 180 or 360 recruiter. We have opportunities across our F&A team, AEC, Technology, Life Sciences and Legal

Our Legal and Professional Services team in NYC is hiring for a 180 experienced legal or professional services recruiter (direct hire or temp). They are also open to 360 recruiters that would like to build out a book of business and focus on full desk. The ideal candidate is financially motivated, relationship-driven, and well-versed in the sales industry

Key Responsibilities

• Recruiting, sourcing and cold-calling
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
• Parse specialized skills and qualifications for sales resumes to match client needs
• Develop creative strategies to recruit both active and passive candidates
• Provide consultative guidance to clients on hiring trends, talent availability, and workforce planning
• Balance client expectations with candidate experience to achieve successful placement
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruiting workflows and meet hiring goals

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree
• Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment or sales
• Strong industry knowledge with ability to discuss relevant skills and companies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven success in a fast-paced environment with a drive to exceed
