Senior Accountant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. The role will support day-to-day accounting operations and help ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Prepare and maintain general ledger activity
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Reconcile bank statements and investigate discrepancies
• Assist with inventory accounting and cost tracking
• Help maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation calculations
• Participate in financial reporting and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
• Assist with audits by preparing supporting documentation
• Perform ad hoc projects and analysis as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4–8 years of relevant accounting experience
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP knowledge preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
