Responsibilities

• Assist with the monthly close process
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Prepare balance sheet and account reconciliations
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies
• Support general ledger accounting activities
• Assist with fixed asset accounting
• Provide support for financial reporting and analysis
• Work with internal teams to resolve accounting and financial questions
• Assist with audit requests and other accounting-related projects
• Help identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls
• Support additional accounting activities and special projects as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles
• Experience with month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience working with accounting or ERP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, onsite environment
