About the Opportunity

A growing global manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking to expand their responsibilities in a dynamic environment while working closely with leadership and contributing to the company's financial reporting and consolidation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Assist with the month-end and year-end close process.
• Support account reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
• Participate in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Assist with consolidation activities across multiple business units and entities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Work cross-functionally with finance and operational teams to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Support external audits and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Consolidation experience is highly desirable.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
• Experience with financial reporting and ERP systems is a plus.
• Experience with Monarch, OneStream, or similar financial platforms is beneficial but not required.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
