Senior Accountant – Full-Time Engagement Professional (FTEP)

Robert Half is hiring a Senior Accountant to join our Full-Time Engagement Professionals (FTEP) team. What You'll Do

• Prepare and review complex journal entries, including monthly accruals and adjusting entries
• Perform and oversee general ledger account reconciliations
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• Analyze financial results and investigate variances
• Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes
• Improve accounting processes and internal controls
• Partner cross-functionally with AP, AR, Payroll, and operational teams

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of accounting experience, including experience as a Senior Accountant
• Strong understanding of GAAP, accrual accounting, and general ledger processes
• Proven experience managing month-end and year-end close
• Experience preparing financial statements and performing account analysis
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, or similar
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or CPA-track preferred
