Senior Accountant – Financial Reporting & Accounting Operations

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our accounting team. This position plays a key role in financial reporting, account reconciliations, compliance, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and eager to contribute to a collaborative environment while helping ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

What You'll Do

• Prepare monthly financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Review financial results and investigate fluctuations, trends, and variances
• Develop ad hoc financial analyses and management reports
• Support quarterly and annual reporting requirements
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies and controls
• Identify and implement process improvements and maintain supporting documentation
• Utilize accounting systems, Excel, and reporting tools to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy
• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide exceptional service and financial support
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
• Experience preparing account reconciliations and analyzing financial data
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
