Option 1 Staffing is currently seeking an Accounting Manager for a Top south bay technology manufacturing client. As the Accounting Manager, you will lead day-to-day accounting operations. Additionally, you will work with senior management to support technical accounting controls, and audits. This is a hands-on position for a high energy self-starter. US GAAP. NetSuite ERP.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end monthly close process.
- Ensure accuracy of journal entries, reconciliation and variances.
- Interface with external Auditors.
- Implement new and maintain existing controls and financial reporting.
- Optimize workflows utilizing NetSuite ERP.
- Ensure compliance with SOX 404.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- CPA with audit experience.
- 8+ years of accounting and management experience.
- Experience working with manufacturing ERP systems.
- Demonstrated ability to develop team members for career advancement.
