💼 Contract Opportunity

Are you an experienced operations or contracts professional with strong SAP/Ariba and Coupa/Spend Source experience? This could be a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, highly regulated biotech environment and support strategic operations across contracting, procurement, compliance, and market research.

🔑 Must-Have Experience

• 2+ years of SAP/Ariba and Coupa/Spend Source experience
• Strong end-to-end contract management experience, managing 100+ contracts per month
• Experience tracking contracts from draft through final signature
• Experience managing procurement/requisition workflows through financial approval and PO creation
• Comfortable navigating complex systems, processes, and ambiguity
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and proactively
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and cross-functional relationship-building skills

📋 What You'll Do

• Manage high-volume contract workflows, including NDAs, SOWs, and Change Orders
• Create and submit contract and financial requisitions using SAP/Ariba and Coupa/Spend Source
• Research and manage vendor/supplier information
• Coordinate workflows across Procurement, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and business teams
• Serve as a key operational point of contact for SIPE processes
• Support market research and social listening compliance, data quality, documentation, and audit readiness
• Identify process improvements and help standardize workflows
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive contracts and requests through completion
• Troubleshoot operational issues and proactively drive them to resolution

⭐ Nice to Have

Experience in:

• Contracts administration, legal operations, or procurement
• Biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, or another highly regulated industry
• SpringCM
• Market research or compliance operations
• Process automation or digital transformation
• AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT
